Mort Rosenberg is a Registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent & Trademark Office since 1972 and is the founding partner of Rosenberg, Klein & Lee.  Mort is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of Maryland, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court of the United States.  Mort attained his BME at CCNY, MME from NYU, an MS in Applied Mathematics from Adelphi University, and his JD from The University of Baltimore.  Prior to founding RKL, Mort taught at CCNY and NYU in the fields of Thermodynamics, fluid flow and heat transfer before serving as a research physicist at Martin Marietta Corp. and General Electric in the aerospace industry.  He has represented clients for the past 45 years with particular attention directed to personal interaction given to each and every client in the fields of Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights.  He has worked with clients to provide the best legal representation in preparing and prosecuting Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights from inception of the idea to issuance of thousands of Patents both in the United States and Foreign Countries and if necessary maintaining the rights of RKL’s clients before the appropriate Courts.
