Eva Burdman

Eva has been a Patent Application Specialist at RKL since 1997. In her years of practice with the firm, she has been involved in various patent matters relating to preparation and prosecution of Patent Applications in a wide range of Electrical, Computer and Mechanical Technologies, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Fiber Optics, Physical and Chemical Arts, Communication Systems, Nano-Technologies, as well as Medical and Bio-Robotic Systems. Eva’s work philosophy has always been to contribute her profound technical knowledge, experience in a wide range of patent matters, and creativity into the process of preparing Patent Applications fully reflecting uniqueness of the inventions and their successful prosecution.

Eva received her MS Degree, summa cum laude, in Solid-State Electronics from Polytechnic Institute (Kishinev, Moldova), and MS Degree, summa cum laude, in Patent Law from Moscow Patent Institute (Moscow, Russia).
